This Privacy Policy provides our policies and procedures for collecting, using, and disclosing your personal information.  In the course of you filling out our ‘contact us’ form for requesting services from us found on our website  The information we collect from you is for use as contact information for the ability to identify you and to personalize our customer service experience to you.  Your information will not be shared with outside parties or third parties such as any social networking sites, Email marketers or other tax firms prior to any authorized approval from you and will solely be used to contact you to provide a service to you.   We require your date of birth since it is new requirement for documents submitted to the IRS.  The IRS has not yet updated their forms and after many customers have forgotten to add their date of birth to the forms the risk of being rejected for an agreement from the IRS is much greater.  Since we have added this required field to our contact forms we have had zero rejections and faster turn-around time, due to the adding of the date of birth field.  It is one step that has excelled our customer service experiences. We may collect and store your information securely such as your name, phone and Email address in order to follow up with you at a later date or time.

These State-based rights may augment, strengthen, or otherwise somehow compliment any privacy rights you have inherently or under Federal law.
